Our Mission To Become
Carbon-Neutral
At VCR, we are underway with our comprehensive plans to become completely carbon-neutral and are doing so by adopting sustainable practices in our brand-new site. With all-new fully electric spray booths (manufactured in Britain) installed in our workshop, the use of energy-efficient technology and systems, automated LED lighting throughout the building, and operational changes, we are reducing energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste.
As a business, we will be offsetting our remaining emissions through renewable energy projects and carbon offset programmes.

Leading The Way With ARIES
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, VCR has recently transitioned from PAS2060 to ARIES – the Automotive Repair Industry Environmental Standard. This framework provides a clear roadmap for continually improving our environmental performance while maintaining the high-quality, cost-effective service our customers expect.
Being ARIES-certified is about more than simply meeting requirements – it’s about leadership. It shows that a modern accident repair centre can combine environmental responsibility with excellent service, setting a benchmark for the industry.
We’re putting these principles into action through initiatives like the Vizion ‘plant a tree’ scheme. Customers who are entitled to a courtesy car can choose instead to have a tree planted on their behalf, allowing us to give back to the environment with every repair and offering our customers an eco-conscious choice.

Taking A Green Approach To Running Our Business
Environmental sustainability is at the forefront of VCR’s expansion, and the business is committed to contributing to a greener way in which it repairs vehicles.
Recycling & Waste Management
VCR has implemented recycling and waste management programmes to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills. Hazardous materials will be disposed of responsibly via a reputable recycling company.
Hybrid Vehicle Fleets
We have introduced hybrid vehicles to our fleet and have plans to replace all traditional gasoline-powered vehicles to hybrid in a company target to eliminate tailpipe emissions and reduce air pollution.
Solar Panel Installation
Further plans to reduce our carbon footprint include a reduction of energy use and dependence on fossil fuels as we will install solar panels within the first year of operating from our new site – enabling the use of renewable energy – as well as installing a rubberised water-based Noxyde and coating to the roof to improve the building’s insulation.
