If you have been a loyal customer of Scuff n Scratch Solutions for many years, then you may have noticed a few changes over the past few weeks. And now that our news is official, we couldn’t be happier to announce that we have rebranded to VCR – Vehicle Crash Repairs!

Celebrating Success Over The Past 10 Years!

2021 marks our 10 year anniversary as vehicle body repair specialists in Milton Keynes, and throughout this time, we have accomplished many successes. Back in 2011, our owner, Rob Clark, started the business offering mobile work, repairing vehicles at our clients’ homes. As his reputation as a reliable, highly skilled mechanic grew, as did the brand and eventually, Rob moved into a workshop with his new team of experienced technicians.

Today, not only have we maintained an outstanding reputation in the local area and won awards, but we have also become fully insurance approved. We regularly invest in further growth opportunities, whether it may be the latest equipment or new training courses for our team, and ensure that we are fully accredited by leading bodies. Together, this has put us in the perfect position to take our business to the next level – rebranding!

New VCR Workshop

Welcome To Our New Venture!

When booking in with VCR – Vehicle Crash Repairs, you will be guaranteed the same high standard of service and repairs, just under a different name! Our excellent team will continue to offer a broad scope of services both under insurance and privately. Should you choose to go through insurance, we will liaise directly with your insurance company on your behalf, making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Our founder, Rob Clark, has said the following about his new business venture:

“The workshop has undergone a full refurbishment over Christmas, and we can’t wait to share it with customers. Reaching a 10-year milestone is an achievement for any business, and I am proud to have grown the company to where we are today – particularly after a really difficult 2020

I’d like to thank everyone who has been part of our journey over the years and to reassure customers that our mission hasn’t changed since starting the business – to provide high-quality repairs with a friendly and reliable service. We’re the same company with the same values, we’ve just refreshed the branding to reflect the developments as a business over the last few years. I have exciting plans for VCR over the coming years and a great team to help reach even bigger heights!”
